Our Goals
Big Red Vets want to see all scholarship-winning ROTC students receive full room and board grants to match their full-tuition grants. This benefit will allow Cornell to recruit the best of each generation's service-minded young Americans.
Big Red Vets also want to provide summer room and board grants to Veteran students not taking summer classes. The Post-9/11 GI Bill only provides funding for students while they are enrolled in class. Providing summer room and board to Veteran students will allow them to pursue summer experiences similar to their civilian peers: research, internships, travel, and preparation for graduate school to name a few.
